Management was very poor when needing assistance they turned a blind eye or just had a sarcastic attitude, some of the staff are influenced by that and seem to think it’s okay to speak to customers like poo, I recommend going to Tritton Road for a lot more reliable staff/management!.. Disgusted!

The store itself is good and I have bought a lot of things here previously. However their range of garden centre flowers are apalling! I went and everything was dead! The flowers were all limp and curled up, and its no wonder as the soil was bone dry! Who wants to buy that? What a waste of products that could be easily looked after!

Nice wide aisles that are not just suitable for a wheelchair but we also got a mobility scooter around the shop. Good selection of products with a reasonably priced garden center bit. Rabbit/piggie/hamster treats have a tendency to be cheaper here.

Google maps says closes at 11pm, very upset & bored as actually closed at 10 and arrived at quater past. Monday night rained, looked like nice big store:(

The staff are rude. They think shutting a till while you are next in line and telling you to go to the back of the next queue, which is at least ten people deep, is acceptable. Please retrain your supervisors. The shop was very busy. Only 2 tills open, and then they shut one leaving just one with around 18 people waiting to be served.

Poor Management and a terrible place to work they do not put your mental health first and don't have an open door policy for any staff member that is struggling
